Functieomschrijving Randstad Inhouse, Specialty Pharma, for a multinational company in the consumer healthcare sector is looking for a Technical Documentation Assistant.

Work area: Pomezia

Contractual situation: fixed-term contract

Responsabilità Main Responsibilities:

Update and integrate technical information about haircare products and brands into current SOP standards.

Generate and maintain GxP documentation, ensuring proper storage and approval processes within R&D.

Analyze and interpret technical documentation to accurately register it, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the information.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, maintaining direct and effective communication with scientists and project leaders.

Functie-eisen Required Qualifications:

Ability to work with autonomy, organize, execute assigned tasks, and manage communication flow for multiple projects.

Education Level: College or higher degree.

Language Level: English, minimum B2 level.

Desired Qualification: Previous experience with GxP practices, data processing and/or Quality Systems will be a differential factor.
