An R&D Electrical Designer combines expertise in both electrical engineering and software development to innovate and improve our packaging machines.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Give a support to standard machine team

- Develop and implement software to control electrical systems

- Work with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with other offices involved in R&D project management such us technical designers, Customer Service Technical Office to ensure product alignment with market needs

- Provide technical guidance and mentoring

**To succeed in this role, you should have**:

- Degree in Automation or Electronics Engineering

- Proven experience at least 5 years in the role and in automation industrial company

- Excellent knowledge of hardware components of packaging machines

- Knowledge of PLC, HMI, electrical cams

- Strong organizational and planning skills

- Problem solving and communication skills

- Customer focused and detail oriented

- Italian and English language proficiency both written and oral

- Strong understanding of electrical systems and software development principles
