Responsabilities

As part of Tangity Engineering Services team, NTT DATA is looking for an R&D Engineering Process Owner with at least 1 year of experience.

In particular, the selected resource will be employed in one or more of the following activities:

- Analysis of Customer engineering processes to suggest solutions and alternatives.

- Design and development of new engineering processes in compliance with target standards.

- Creation and management of workflows to satisfy Customer needs.

- Track issues within Jira tool.

- Creation of reports with KPIs management.

- Management of documents within Confluence tool.

- Administration of Jira and Confluence tools and management of users and projects.
