Management of the R&D lab in terms of equipment and resources

**Your assignments**:

- Management, prioritization, agreement and addressing of requests related to feasibility activities of pre-development and design verification, involving the R&D Lab for both R&D and Sustaining Center Team

- Organization of tests to be performed in external labs and coordination of external resources

- Management of calibration and maintenance of instruments and equipment of the R&D Lab

- Functional management of the allocated operators

- Management of request for R&D Lab equipment and instruments coming from Product Line, Engineering, QCT/QCB SisTer after proper reservation according to the R&D Lab procedures

- Definition of budget for purchase and maintenance of equipment

- Organization of activities preparatory to audit involving the lab area and its documentation

- Leading of laboratory procedures and working instructions (training specifications) Assure the compliance of the lab management, documentation and activities to corporate standards
