Major tasks of this new R&D position we seek to hire: Active support in the new and further development or modification of rubber compounds for pulp & paper and other industrial applications Roll Cover Process technological development and scale up of new and further developed rubber compounds Mixing and testing of new and further developed rubber compounds Laboratory work in the frame of rubber roll cover product / formulation development Responsibly supporting and execution of dedicated R&D projects Important individual orders and significant powers: Responsible and independent process engineering development of production processes Implementation, compliance, control, and documentation of quality control Direct collaboration with the European development and process engineers in Düren (DE), Gallarate (IT) and Kerava (FI) as well as with external institutes within the framework of agreed projects All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability.
