**R&D Manager (M/F/d)

**in permanent position

**About the Company**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Operational and strategic control and management of the R&D department in order to maintain technology leadership and secure it for the future.

- Ongoing monitoring of the market and technologies by expanding and maintaining a close internal and external network of experts and partners.

- Prioritization, management and successful execution of development projects in line with market requirements.

- Contemporary development of products and new product lines.

- Involving external development partners in the development process.

- Budget preparation and adherence.

- Goal

- and success-oriented leadership and development of team leaders and their employees in the area of research & development.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor or Engineer degree in mechanical/electronical engineering, or adjacent field.

- More than 5 years of professional experience in R&D.

- Several years of experience in leading teams.

- Goal-oriented, assertive and decisive, pragmatic leadership personality.

- Very good communication skills.

- Familiar with common project management tools.

- Fluent in English.

- Location: Germany/ Italy
