Key Responsibilities:

- You will coordinate the mechanical designer team for the design of new Packaging roll and fold products- You will ensure and manage the development of new products and new technologies according to timelines and objectives defined in the project and at the same time manage the technical development of the mechanical components- You will study and develop technological innovations, in order to improve the mechanical components of products and the overall technologies of Körber Tissue Packaging- You will coordinate the design and implementation of experiments, to optimize new materials and existing processes-

- You will collaborate with the R&D Team, Universities and external agencies- You will prepare project proposals based on directions developed in technology- You will keep up to date on technology trends: attending workshops, webinars, conferences, industry meetings- You will coordinate and choose the design of the overall machine architecture.

To succeed in this role you should have- Degree in Mechanical Engineering- At least 5 years of proven R&D experience within packaging industry as coordinator- Mechanical knowledge- Proficiency in Ms Office- Team-oriented- Leadership attitude- Analytical and problem solving skills- Fluent in English and Italian both oral and written
