R&D Module Manager
Requisition ID: 32579- Job Location(s): Pomezia, ITWe have an immediate opportunity for a R&D Module Manager to join us at our diverse team.
The R&D Module Manager will be responsible for the R&D Team at the Semikron Danfoss site located in Pomezia - Rome, Italy
**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Management of multiple technical teams
- Close cooperation with the International R&D organisation
- Ensure development, maintenance ad documentation of products and products variants in cooperation with Product Management and Production
- Ensuring standards of quality, cost, safety and performance are met in production processes
- Ensuring knowledge transfer of "lessons learned" and collaboration within and between organization
- Promote and implement modularization concepts and platform management in accordance with the product strategy
**Background & Skills**:
- Master degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- At least 10 years engineering experience and 3 years in leadership
- Deep understanding of power electronic modules, material and manufacturing
- Excellent communication skills
- Enjoy teamwork
- Like to drive the changes and make decisions
- Business fluent in English, Italian.
