As a **R&D Platform Manager** you will report to Renewable & Instant Product Development Director and you will be responsible for the following activities:

- Lead the definition of the new product range for the platform;

- Drive product and features development based on the product requirements;

- Coordinate the global team (Italy and Vietnam), design, project management and testing;

- Maintain/change existing products in order to enlarge the products range, to reach cost saving and quality improvement;

- Coordinate the design of the new mechanical / electrical components and product modifications;

- Coordinate and participate to the test planning and validation phase;

- Manage the bill of materials and process of industrialization;

- Report the projects status in the steering team meetings.

**QUALIFICATION**:

- Master/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent);

- at least 5-8 years in the R&D department in automotive and white goods sector (preferably HVAC sector);

- experience in managing a team and a budget, with interface to different functions (marketing, quality, purchasing, plant);

- experience in managing multiple projects, priorities and tasks in a fast-paced multinational environment;

- Familiar mechanical and electrical components for system design, development and industrialization;

- analytical and planning skills;

- ability to manage people and consistently meet deadlines;

- Fluent English
