Job Description: RINA is currently recruiting for a R&D PM Admin Assistant - Categorie protette legge 68/99 to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Consulting Planning, Monitoring & Business Support Division.
Mission The R&D PM Admin Assistant supports the administrative process of R&D financed projects working together with the PM.
The role involves a combination of administrative coordination, planning of resources, and internal management tasks.
Key Accountabilities Administrative Coordination: Collaborate with the technical and financial colleagues in analyzing the R&D projects budget.
Resource Planning and Claim Management: Manage the planning and claim processes for resources related to R&D projects.
Work closely with R&D teams in Business Units to understand project requirements and allocate resources accordingly.
Financial Planning: Prepare the financial plan for R&D projects, including the annual budget and quarterly forecasting.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to support decision-making processes.
Data Analysis: Analyze actual versus planned data to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.
Improve forecasting accuracy by providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders, both internal and external.
Collaborate closely with diverse R&D teams in the Business Units to understand their needs and provide effective support.
Customer Service: Provide strong customer service to R&D teams by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth project operations.
Act as a liaison between R&D teams and other departments, fostering effective communication.
Education Master's Degree in Economics
Qualifications & Experiences Belonging to the special categories pursuant to Law 68/99 art.
1 Previous experience in administrative coordination, financial planning, or project management is preferred.
Proficiency in financial planning and data analysis.
Familiarity with EC funding procedures and national/regional schemes is a plus.
