YOUR ROLE 

we are seeking a skilled engineer in the field of electron-less deposition / electrochemical deposition processes. this role involves developing , optimizing and implementing both deposition techniques for new power technologies development (SiC and silicon based).

key responsibilities are:

design and development (DoE) of new metal deposition processes

analyze and optimize process parameters to improve film quality uniformity and throughput

analysis and characterization of deposited metallic films by several techniques (XRD, FIB, SEM, AFM, XPS, …)

work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, program management, process integration, manufacturing, quality, etc.

maintain accurate records of process parameters, results, and improvement. Prepare technical reports and presentations.

interaction with equipment suppliers for demonstration and new tools evaluation

participate to IP generation and articles publications

ensure the compliance with safety and environmental regulation of developed processes.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

M. Sc. in Chemistry / Physics

knowledge of design-of-experiments principles

basic knowledge in material science (in particular metallurgy and polymer science)

basic knowledge semiconductor / solid state physics

basic knowledge of the most common solid state / surface analytical techniques

fluent english knowledge

knowledge of Office365 apps 

team working attitude 

problem solving skill.
