ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB We are looking for a young, motivated, curious and enterprising talent to join us at our Barberini's Plants in Pescara Italy and at the furnace in Gruenenplan Germany.

As R&D Process Engineer you will be involved in industrialization and continuous improvement activities related to the production of crystal lenses.

You do not see problems, you just see solutions You love challenges and you take your responsibility seriously You got a degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Materials Engineering You have at least 5 years of experience in R&D, Process Engineering and|or continuous improvement activities Preferably, you have previous experience in the glass-making process You are able to coordinate cross-functional projects aimed at improving processes and solving problems You have strong facilitation and communication skills, you are able to present information to levels of the organization You are fluent in Italian, English and German You are available to move abroad if there's the chance WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW
