HR Specialist at @Fiamm Energy Technology S. p. A. For the R&D Department of the Headquarter of Montecchio Maggiore (VI), we are looking for a:

R&D PRODUCT DESIGN ENGINEER The person will follow the following activities:

Management of product development projects of various nature and complexity.

Follow and manage the development, testing and implementation of design changes activities of current products to improve battery performances; reduce product costs or solve quality issues.

Main activities will be manage feasibility studies with performance, workload, costs and timing estimation; project/activity execution with monitoring of activities, timing, workload and cost of the project/product.

Follow the validation of the product in terms of performances vs targets and manage all the documentation linked to final Product Approval and production Release.

Design of fully-functional parts and products for the Reserve Batteries business with definition of product and parts specifications; CAD drawings; Technical Tables; Bill of Materials creation and management; Packaging and Marking specifications; technical datasheets.

Plan the activities and attend to the production of parts and/or batteries c/o Avezzano's production plant or at supplier's sites.

Analysis of Tests performed by internal R&D Lab or external Labs with results summary and reporting.

Keep the contacts and manage the activities with suppliers for what concerns new components development or current components design upgrade, in terms of design optimization, quality issues, materials delivery and/or testing.

Support other functions (quality, operations) offering the technical know-how needed to solve quality/process issues or improve production capabilities.

Support other functions (sales; marketing) keeping relationship with the customers to perform product presentation or manage field test activities.

Creation and management of technical documentation required from international standards (for ex.

Reach certification; new EU Battery Regulation).

Requirements of the position: Bachelor/Master's degree in mechanical, mechatronic, electrical or energy engineering.

Knowledge of CAD.

FEM Knowledge and knowledge of Project Management tools (plus).

Knowledge of the design tools like D/P-FMEA (plus).

Knowledge of Minitab or analogous statistics (plus).

1/3 years of experience in this role.

Requirements of the person: Team-working.

Availability to business trips.
