R&D Project Junior Manager (PM)

**Objectives

Possibility to work in a dynamic environment with a high rate of innovation, to organize and monitor the planning process of the projects commissioned to the company, both for product development activities and for monitoring production flows.

The resource will have the opportunity to work between the commercial, engineering and production department of the company, and therefore to be able to have a vision of the progress of end-to-end design activities.

The resource will also have the opportunity to interface directly with the company's customers and therefore have the opportunity to deal with different industrial contexts from the inside, in particular of aerospace, automotive and industrial machinery.

**Main activities

- Accompany and support the commercial profiles of sales and acquisition of complex projects;

- Coordinate and integrate communication and exchange of information between the commercial and operational departments;

- Organize and manage time schedules and monitoring activities;

- Ensure on-time delivery of productions and keep constant contact with customers regarding the progress of projects and productions;

- Ability to manage communication of any delays and problems with customers;

- End-to-end management of order development process coordination;

- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, both traditional and innovative, and ability to intercept problems and solutions;

- Knowledge of the industrial fabric, preferably with a focus on the automotive, aeronautical and aerospace sectors;

- Partial management of customer management activities;

**Required skills

- Bachelor's degree with background in engineering;;

- Work experience of at least 2 years in project management or similar roles;

- Strong interest and passion for the world for 3D printing;

- Basic knowledge of the major 3D printing techniques;

- Knowledge of CAD software for 3D modeling;

- Strong process structuring and activity planning skills;

- Excellent organizational skills;

- Ability to relate to customers and team members;

- Excellent knowledge of English;

- Strong proactivity, flexibility and resourcefulness;
