Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic environment where to build your professional career?
We are looking for a **R&D Quality Management **to join our headquarters at Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the **R&D** **Head of Strategy & Project coordination.
You will be responsible to perform the following activities:
- plan quality activities, quality process implementation, evaluation, tracking and release for the whole vehicle system processes in R&D
- Define qualitiy activities and deliverables in consultation with Systems Egineer R&D and report to the Quality Project Leader.
- Support Quality dept.
in the organization of process assessment, ensure a homogeneous sample of various vehicle project in R&D.
- Perform the activities and deliverables of R&D in the quality activity plan for the project following the RASI Matrix.
- Detect deficiencies/deviations and initiates their elimination through quality measures based on the review results of R&D.
- Monitor the effectiveness of quality activities and defines improvement measures to increase process quality in R&D.
- Carry out lessons learned for the project in R&D and introduces processes quality-related best practices.
- Internal contact for reporting current project and process status for the respective areas of responsibility in R&D to the Quality Project Leader.
**About you
- University Degree in manufacturing / engineering field
- 3 years of experience in automotive
- Fluent English, Italian and German will be considered a plus
