General information: Within the High Voltage Products Business Unit (BU), the Technology Center (TC) Sweden & Italy has about 70 employees and is responsible - as part of a global R&D organization - for the development and optimization of products such as Live-Tank Circuit Breakers, Metal-Enclosed Circuit Breakers, Hybrid Switchgear, Instrument Transformers, and Inverters for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).

You as a R&D Quality Manager will be part of the BU Research & Development (R&D) Quality Team, reporting to the BU R&D Quality Manager, and you will be hosted within the TC Sweden & Italy.

You will ensure that quality aspects are properly implemented during product development, drive continuous improvement processes in the TC and globally, and ascertain that product designs and solutions released from R&D meet the customer expectations on quality.

Responsibilities: Contribute to the development of the BU R&D Quality Program Develop and drive selected global BU R&D Quality initiatives Develop TC R&D Quality strategy to meet the objectives of the R&D Quality Framework and BU R&D Quality Program Deploy quality tools and methods into TC processes and R&D projects Drive TC process improvements and support R&D Project Managers and teams with effective cross-functional project planning and risk management Implement quality methods and standards in TC projects, with focus on CtQ, DFA, DFM and FMEA Support TC teams involved in product or test failure investigations using structured quality methods Ensure high standard of execution of the product development process, including assessment of TC projects Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues, and the business.

Your background: An Engineering graduate degree, M. Sc.

preferred Minimum 5 years of product development or quality & operation experience, experience in both is preferred Expert knowledge in design quality tools, such as DFSS, CtQ, DFA, DFM, FMEA, DoE Excellent communication and coordination skills Team player and coaching abilities Excellent analytical skills Fluent in English
