R&D Scientific Contract Specialist
The resource will join the R&D Unit – Project & Pipeline Management Team. Key Responsibilities The interested candidates will focus on four major areas: 1. Support to Knowledge Resource Management Create efficient systems for sharing knowledge within organizations Manage the "library" inbox, monitoring requests and managing queries as needed Updates company scientific literature subscriptions, checking accurateness and implementation into the central repository Maintains users list for Databased and Scientific literature repository Supports the organization of periodic trainings Supports for the subscriptions' renewal process for the Group (check proposal, contract, opens P. O. , checks invoices vs P. O. ) 2. Support to Contracting for R&D (CDAs, KOL agreements) Monitoring and maintenance of the R&D contracts tracking system (CDAs and Contracts Agreements), ensuring prompt renewal when needed Upon request, checks CDA/agreements availability with the various R&D sites Assess feasibility for an integrated tracking systems among the different R&D site (new project) • Supports in the operational execution of contracts 3. Support to the Corporate Grants & Funding in the monitoring of Monitor and support initiatives of funding opportunities Supports the preparation of the applications and following activities reports Reports periodically on the performance of the activities to the direct manager 4. Support to Global Project Managers Supports the project management team with administrative-organizational tasks. Supports in the preparation of specific documents, on timely manner, in collaboration with the Global Project Managers Supports in the planning, execution, and monitoring of specific activities belonging to the R&D projects, according to emerging needs from Global Project Managers and the Head of PPMO. Required Qualifications/Skills Bachelor's degree in sciences or equivalent relevant education/experience. 2+ years of previous related project management experience
• Knowledge and experience with computers including Microsoft Office Experience with scientific platforms is preferred. Strong communication skills in English and Italian Basic understanding of pharmaceutical R&D processes Ability to select, collect, and organize the items in a collection (Curation) Analytical skills, understanding of complex issues, ability to assimilate information quickly Flexibility: strong ability in understanding priorities, sense of urgency and respect timelines Be detail oriented Familiarity with project management tools and language Willingness to learn and grow within the organization Ability to manage relationships with different business units, internal colleagues and third-party vendors. Positive attitude, works effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
