PurposeThe person will be responsible for ensuring information support activities aimed at finding, selecting, analysing and collecting data and evidence on competitors, targets and pathologies of corporate interest in relation to the area of competence. Proactively participate in the development of R&D projects by providing tools and analyses deriving from external information that facilitate the decision-making process.
Main ResponsibilitiesMonitoring and analysis of competitorsParticipation in core teamsTargeted literature searchesCollaboration with other internal stakeholders to research, analyse and make available the necessary information to support products/projects needs and decision makingSupport the evaluation of products and/or projects through the retrieval and analysis of external informationScenario analysis to support strategy definitionPresentation to top managementProactive support to the activities of the areas of competence through the development of tools and/or complex analysis of information to facilitate the decision-making processBenchmark analyses for the identification of new tools for research, selection, analysis and visualisation of informationExperience RequiredAt least 6 months of experience in a similar position.
EducationScientific degree (Biotechnology, biology, pharmacy or similar).
LanguagesExcellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
Technical SkillsProven knowledge of tools and sources for research, analysis and management of scientific, competition, regulatory information and benchmarkingExtensive knowledge of the full drug development process. Proven experience in the scientific (medical/pharmacological) fieldBasic knowledge of NLP, advanced analytics and bioinformatics tools. Experience in Artificial Intelligence tools is considered a plus.
