**Help shape the future**: You will manage the Research and Development department leading the Technical Project Management team;

- **Observe and think ahead**: You will be involved in the products' pre-development phase in which you will design many alternative technical projects;

**Use your creativity and freedom**:You will analyze and compare every technical solution designed, identifying the best one to develop directly its prototype;

**Experience cooperation**: You will be involved in international relations with Corporate R&D Dept.

and external Customers;

**Live internationally**: You will live an international environment having relationships with different cultures.

**Qualifications**:

**Education**:Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or similar backgrounds;

**Experience and Know How**:Previous experience in automotive field;

**Personality**: Goal-orientation, team working, proactivity, problem solving and analytical ability, willingness to take responsibilities;

**Language skills**:Fluent English, German will be a plus;

**Interests**: Desire to growth within a complex manufacturing organization open to an international environment.
