**Activities**:
- Definition of the annual budget, collaborating with people responsible of CIO organization, in terms of DMC, Capex and Headcounts
- Definition of the updates required within the periodic Budget reviews (about 6 per year), in terms of DMC, Capex and Headcounts
- Monthly monitoring of the Actuals, in terms of DMC, Capex and Headcounts, discrepancies analysis and correction actions
- Capex approval process coordination
- Report production through BPC and related transformation in useable xls file
- Budget summary presentations production
- Budget data analysis and specific reports production
- Account/Payable management through the creation of Purchase Request for Opex and Capex, approval process management, monitor of the Purchase Order issuing, Good Receipt management, actual recording check, payment reminder management of external suppliers
- Definition and production of detailed reports to monitor the Account/Payable entire process
- Definition and monthly update of the Quality-of-Service Dashboard
- Definition and monthly update of the detailed reports to monitor contractual/target SLAs (acknowledge time, resolution time, ecc. )
related to platform incidents
**Requirements**:
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- IT infrastructure basic knowledge
- Ability to manage and address issues
- Teamw-orking
- Excellent attitude to pay attention to detail
- Advanced user of xls and power point
- Excellent communication skills and interaction with the Process stakeholders (Finance, Directors, P&T, etc.
)
- Knowledge of CO, MM and FI SAP modules is a qualifying element
**Professional Experience/Seniority**:
- Previous experience of at least 3 years on budget topics
