About the role: As a Senior React FrontEnd developer, you will apply a broad range of specialized skills, theories, concepts, principles, and methods to develop and maintain complex user-facing applications.
You will handle assignments with complex aspects, working independently while your work is reviewed for soundness.
Seniority Level: Senior Responsibilities: Complex UI Development: Design and implement sophisticated user interfaces.
Performance Optimization: Ensure high performance and responsiveness of web applications.
Advanced Component Development: Create and maintain advanced reusable components and libraries.
Innovation: Introduce new technologies and practices to improve frontend development.
Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and contribute to their development.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve complex issues in the frontend codebase.
Requirements: 5+ years of professional experience in developing and maintaining complex user-facing applications.
Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as React and Next. js.
Advanced understanding of responsive design principles and experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.
Demonstrated ability to ensure high performance and responsiveness of frontend applications.
Experience in creating and maintaining advanced reusable components and libraries.
Proven ability to introduce new technologies and practices to improve frontend development.
Experience in mentoring junior engineers and contributing to their professional development.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues in the frontend codebase.
Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
A continuous learner, eager to stay updated on the latest frontend technologies and best practices.
Experience with frontend build tools and package managers (e. g. , Webpack, npm, Yarn).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend interfaces with backend services.
Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
Knowledge of performance testing and debugging practices.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Nice-to-have: College degree education.
Experience with Webflow and/or other CMS platforms.
Proficiency with NextJS and AWS.
Experience with working on internationalization and localization.
Experience working in a startup environment.
