GENERALI INVESTMENTS PARTNERS SGR SpA is the legal entity belonging to the Business Unit Asset & Wealth Management of Generali that is specialized in managing portfolios based on unconstrained strategies, more precisely high conviction approaches to equity and fixed income investments, as well as innovative alternative strategies.

The company leverages both internal and external expertise, the latter through boutiques that Generali Investments has either acquired, invested in or created, and in which the company holds a majority share.

Its mission is to be the growth engine of the Business Unit in terms of number of third party clients/AUM and expertise offer.

Within GIP, the resource will be part of the team in charge of the monitoring of Real Assets performance and KPIs.

- Monitoring of the performance and results, with quarterly variation analysis respects budget and forecast

- Contribute to financial planning sessions (Budget, Forecast, 3 year planning) and monthly closing process

- Consolidate Generali Real Asset portfolio and analyze variations with budget

- Prepare Generali Real Asset results and dashboards for top management

- Performing ad-hoc analysis and prepare the material based on the financial results to support the Top management

Must have:

- Business degree, with 3/5 years of working experience in Finance / Controlling

- A good knowledge of the Private Assets environment

- Excellent English reading and writing skills is required

- Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is essential

- Knowledge of ESG European framework would be a plus

- Problem solving attitude and flexibility on priority dynamics

- Maturity to take decisions at a very early stage

- Agility in structured work environment with strong communication, presentation and modelling skills

- Proactive and strong team working oriented

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- International mindset, independently of previous specific personal experience

- Ability to work under pressure, with strong attention to detail
