Our company is expanding, and as part of our new initiative, we're seeking full-time Real Estate Agents who are not only obsessed with the real estate industry but also coachable, adaptable, and ready to implement effective systems and processes. We're looking for individuals with exceptional communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the determination to engage in income-generating activities like cold calling, door knocking, and building client relationships.

A growth mindset with a desire to continually improve and excel. Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Responsibilities: Follow-up with leads to increase sales. Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business. Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume. Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs. Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood. Qualifications: Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently. Past sales experience is preferred. Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies. Top-notch time management skills and highly organized. Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written). Compensation: $0 - $500, 000 yearly
