**The role

Pearl Lemon is looking to hire someone who is passionate about property and digital marketing.

**POSSIBLE responsibilities will include**:

- Researching for solid property investment opportunities

- Talking to interested prospects about property in general

- Putting together property blog content and thought leadership pieces

- Working with our team on general marketing/property investment tasks as they come up

- Putting together presentations on property deals for clients

**Required skills and experience**:

- Strong interest in real estate.

- Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written.

- Being punctual and quick to respond and communicate-daily.

- Proven people management track record.

- Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and external suppliers.

- Incredibly fast learner.

**Experience**:

- Real Estate: 1 year (required)
