The selection for the Real Estate Analyst figure must therefore be placed within a recruitment process with which the company is identifying the managers called to manage the next national and international expansion process of the brand. RequirementsThe candidate will have to demonstrate a strong interest in the real estate market, as well as ambition to undertake a commercial path oriented to luxury properties sale.

The requirements are as follows:Degree in economic and financial disciplines with a degree grade of not less than 100/110;Excellent written and oral knowledge of Italian and English (or another second language);Good commercial, negotiation and communication skills;Familiarity with main IT software;Proactivity, flexibility, analytical skills and good executive autonomy;Integrity and reliability. Knowledge of the dynamics of real estate and luxury markets will be considered a plus during the application evaluation.
