**Responsibilities**:

The resource will be responsible for:

- Analyze and study the retail asset real estate market based on defined KPIs;

- Profile both technical and commercial assets for retail use to target, including benchmarking;

- Manage technical and commercial aspects aimed at the acquisition of the mandate for sale;

- Produce reports aimed at monitoring and controlling quantitative and qualitative KPIs.

**Requirements**:

The resource will need to demonstrate a strong interest in the real estate market, as well as ambition to embark on a business path geared toward the sale of luxury properties.

Requirements are as follows:

- Preferably a bachelor's degree in law and/or business/financial disciplines, possibly with a grade of no less than 100/110;

- Excellent written and oral knowledge of Italian and English languages;

- Good business, negotiation and communication skills;

- Familiarity with the use of major computer software;

- Proactivity, flexibility, analytical skills and good executive autonomy;

- Integrity and reliability.

**Job offer** details**:

The expected salary for the position ranges from 19K to 22K euros annually and consists of a fixed and a variable part.

The natural evolution of this figure, also in terms of remuneration, is the Real Estate Advisor
