You will be part of Electrification Area - Smart Power Division, in Bergamo, contributing to the designing of our workplace based on the needs of our employees and the business.

You will support the facility team of ABB Bergamo in a very innovative, inclusive and motivating environment.

Contract: stage

**This position reports to**:

R&D Local Unit Lead

**Your responsibilities**:

- Understand the needs of our employees and our business in terms of remote and hybrid working setup: desks, offices, access to the site.

- Redesign our workplace together with the facility team of ABB Bergamo to accomplish the new way of working.

- Talk to our Managers, employees and internal clients to better understand their needs as to workplace in a hybrid mode.

- Conduct a jobs analysis to understand how work is currently done and use the data to determine how it could be done more efficiently in the future.

- Set a timeline for the completion of the project.

**Your background**:

- Degree in Architecture/Interior Design or related topics.

- Some previous experience in the designing of spaces would be preferred (academic projects count).

- Fluent English mandatory.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Illustrator, SketchUp or similar design software.

- Highly motivated, able to work in team.

Highly creative and imaginative.
