Responsibilities Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers Qualifications Organized and manages time effectively Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Current FL Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining FL Real Estate License Must be coachable Must be able to give FULL-TIME attention to this Real Estate career Display a people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude Team player Must be able to work a flexible schedule Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs Show good organizational and time management skills Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred Over 1 year of buyer's agent or real estate experience preferred Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills Must have a valid U. S. driver's license and can travel by car Experience with the local real estate market and general trends Compensation $85, 000
