Responsibilities

Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired resultsGive potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing marketCreate documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the saleArrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyersSpeak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a homeQualificationsOrganized and manages time effectivelyDriven, self-motivated, and desires professional growthWillingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologiesCurrent FL Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining FL Real Estate LicenseMust be coachableMust be able to give FULL-TIME attention to this Real Estate careerDisplay a people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitudeTeam playerMust be able to work a flexible scheduleWillingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologiesExercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needsShow good organizational and time management skillsMust possess great communication and interpersonal skillsValid U.
