Our client is an Operating Partner and Asset Manager for institutional real estate investors, overlooking sourcing, structuring, financing and execution of real estate transactions.

We are looking for a Development & Operational Manager with previous experience in Student Housing.

Within the investment platform dedicated to PBSA, the candidate will be responsible for working on the development, implementation and operational management of the product.

Working closely with the Acquisition Team, the role requires a combination of strategic, operational and management skills to optimise business performance and ensure the highest level of service to students and universities.

The candidate will be in charge of:

Studying, developing and managing the product by collaborating with the Acquisition Team;Optimising and adapting residential spaces to the specific needs of students, analysing and proposing structural improvements and additional services that can increase the attractiveness and competitiveness of facilities;Managing the day-to-day operations of the residences, including the coordination of maintenance, cleaning, security and other services;Working to expand the network of agreements with universities;Overseeing the management of the facilities' operating budget, monitoring and controlling costs to ensure economic sustainability and adherence to planned margins;Monitoring and analysing revenues, implementing policies to increase the profitability of residential facilities. Requirements:

Proven experience in the Student Housing sector or in similar roles in Real Estate with a focus on the Student Housing;In-depth knowledge of the dynamics of PBSA management, including rents, contracts and agreements with universities;Analytical and financial skills to monitor revenues, costs and optimise economic performance;Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize projects and tasks and work independently with high attention to detail;Excellent fluency in English.
