Responsibilities Clearly communicate the brokerage's unique value proposition to attract new agents and retain existing ones.

Develop and manage training programs that address key business areas and agent needs.

Collaborate closely with brokerage staff to improve agent productivity and success.

Create and manage a training calendar tailored to agent needs.

Support agent productivity and profitability through consistent coaching and business consulting.

Qualifications Ideal candidates will: Have 2–3 years of successful real estate sales experience.

Be among the top performers in their current or previous brokerage.

Understand basic business financials, including Profit & Loss statements.

Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.

Compensation $60, 000 + Bonus and Profit Share
