**Responsibilities**:

**Role Profile

We are looking for a highly motivated new resource to join the Investment team in Milan who would support team members in sourcing and appraising investment opportunities.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Perform financial analysis, strategic business analysis and detailed industry research for complex investment and development opportunities across Living asset classes- Prepare investment memos, presentations and other materials for internal and external use- Take a pro-active role on multiple portfolios and projects such as supporting the Financial Modeling and Due Diligence phase of live transactions- Liaise and actively communicate with other teams, external advisors and investors

Qualifications:

**Person Specification

- Outstanding academic profile graduated with a master's degree in Economics, Finance, or Real Estate

- Fluent in Italian and English

- 6 months experience (preferred) in a top-tier Real Estate, Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Consulting firm

- Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

- Genuine interest in the Real Estate environment

- Highly numerate with strong financial modelling experience

- Detail-oriented

- Team player with the ability to work under pressure and deliver on time

- Fast learner with high attention to detail

- Approximate start date: January 2025
