Role Mission: Operatively manage a diversified multi-site portfolio (offices, apartments, other infrastructures), ensuring operational efficiency, property management, and compliance with regulatory and contractual standards.

ResponsibilitiesPrepare management budgets and ensure compliance with predetermined objectives; Develop and present real estate development projects to the Board of Directors; Coordinate preventive and routine maintenance activities for the buildings; Manage and administer service contracts, monitoring supplier performance; Supervise risk management and compliance with leasing obligations; Ensure energy efficiency and performance of the real estate portfolio; Collaborate on acquiring new tenants and renewing lease agreements; Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations (Legislative Decree 81/2008).

RequirementsEssential/Must have: Specific university education, preferably a degree in Civil/Building Engineering or Architecture; Proven experience in site management; Familiarity with direct engagement with property owners; Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.

Preferred/Nice-to-Have: Experience managing diversified multi-site portfolios; Skills in construction and maintenance; Strong leadership and interpersonal communication abilities; Problem-solving and time management skills; Experience supervising operational procedures and managing suppliers; Familiarity with environmental and energy efficiency regulations; Ability to coordinate technical teams and work planning; Aptitude for building relationships with various stakeholders and fostering collaborative interactions.

Compensation PackageDirect employment under the CCNL Commercio agreement, managerial level (Quadro), with an indicative gross annual salary (RAL) between €60, 000 and €70, 000.
