Role Mission: Operatively manage a diversified multi-site portfolio (offices, apartments, other infrastructures), ensuring operational efficiency, property management, and compliance with regulatory and contractual standards. ResponsibilitiesPrepare management budgets and ensure compliance with predetermined objectives;Develop and present real estate development projects to the Board of Directors;Coordinate preventive and routine maintenance activities for the buildings;Manage and administer service contracts, monitoring supplier performance;Supervise risk management and compliance with leasing obligations;Ensure energy efficiency and performance of the real estate portfolio;Collaborate on acquiring new tenants and renewing lease agreements;Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations (Legislative Decree 81/2008). RequirementsEssential/Must have:Specific university education, preferably a degree in Civil/Building Engineering or Architecture;Proven experience in site management;Familiarity with direct engagement with property owners;Excellent written and spoken English proficiency. Preferred/Nice-to-Have:Experience managing diversified multi-site portfolios;Skills in construction and maintenance;Strong leadership and interpersonal communication abilities;Problem-solving and time management skills;Experience supervising operational procedures and managing suppliers;Familiarity with environmental and energy efficiency regulations;Ability to coordinate technical teams and work planning;Aptitude for building relationships with various stakeholders and fostering collaborative interactions. Compensation PackageDirect employment under the CCNL Commercio agreement, managerial level (Quadro), with an indicative gross annual salary (RAL) between €60, 000 and €70, 000.
