Responsibilities Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results Qualifications Organized and manages time effectively Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Current FL Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining FL Real Estate License Must be coachable Must be able to give FULL-TIME attention to this Real Estate career Display a people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude Team player Must be able to work a flexible schedule Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs Show good organizational and time management skills Over 1 year of buyer's agent or real estate experience preferred An established track record of successful real estate sales Possess a valid U. S. driver's license and can travel by car Applicants should have a high school diploma; bachelor's degree desired Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends Compensation $85, 000
