The Banking Financial Services division of Randstad Professionals, specialized in the search and selection of middle and senior management profiles, is recruiting, on behalf of a company operating in the real estate sector, a: Real Estate Senior Financial AnalystKey Responsibilities:Prepares, maintains, and reconciles the business plan model to the general ledger on a monthly basis.

Responsible for review of monthly job cost and financial reporting to make changes prior to month end.

Coordinates with onsite PM's to ensure accurate forecasting. Update and maintain short-term cash flow projections in the form of a weekly cash flow and sources uses as needed. Timely and accurately produces monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting. Coordinates with Finance and Development Team to assure figures are correctly booked into accounting and into the business plan. Create internal auditing routines and manuals to ensure records of the business plan are accurately kept and bookedProvide support to the Finance Manager in terms of accounting compliance. Monitor and analyze financial results, identifying trends, variations, and improvement opportunities. Use modeling tools to predict operational performance and company profitability. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and company objectives. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, or a related field. 6 years' experience in Real Estate FPA or similar roles. Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial modelling tools. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and Italian;Effective communication skills with cross-functional teams and leadership. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills. Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills. Strong problem solving and mathematical skillsDesired Skills:Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team membersAbility to extract meaningful insights from financial data. Precision and thoroughness in creating reports and analyses. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and respond quickly to changes. Ability to work in a team environment.
