Direct report to CEO Italy Retail Milano Azienda Our client is a leader in owning, creating and managing retail, logistics and living destinations in Spain, Portugal, the UK and Italy. Offerta The candidate will have the following responsibilities: Participate in design calls and design meetings Give input to the professional team to determine final design and construction specifications Give input in the finalisation of the setup of the professional team Assist to agree construction phases and objectives as per project and specific tenant requirements Assist in the construction procurement process, including on costs and contract form Guide in setting up all project reporting Give insight in transform process, risks, opportunities Generally, assist to create an institutional product that can be sold to core investors Competenze ed esperienza Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, business administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Real Estate Project Manager or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of real estate development processes, construction practices, and regulations. Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of local building codes and zoning laws. Fluent in English - Spanish will be considered a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Experience with commercial real estate projects. Master's degree in related field.
