Job Description: We are looking to add a candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience in the Real Estate industry for our Real Estate Investment / Underwriting Team.

Operational activities: Analysis of new investment opportunities through the development of business plans and valuation.

Business modeling and Real Estate valuations to support investment decisions, oversee external providers' activities.

Support the senior team by providing market analysis and preparing teasers and investment memoranda.

Possibility to perform asset inspections/site visits.

Cadastral and town planning analysis will be part of the activities.

Technical skills: Computing skills with high capabilities in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office applications.

Experience with Sister AdE Platform will be a plus, as well as Visual Basic knowledge & CAD.

Strong analytical, numerical, and financial management skills combined with the ability to analyze reports and present them to senior colleagues.

Personal skills: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Real Estate valuation.

Previous experience in Valuation/Advisory in independent advisory roles will be positively considered.

Fluent in both Italian and English; any other European language will be a plus.

Bachelor of Science/Business Administration in Finance, Engineering, or Architecture (with a focus on Real Estate).

Problem-solving, planning, ability to work under pressure, organizing, and analytical skills with the ability to guide and coach others in the resolution of complex problems.

A teamwork attitude is required.

Very good communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal and external clients at all levels.
