We looking to add a candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience in the RE industry for our Real Estate Investment / Underwriting Team.

Operational activities - Analysis of new investment opportunities through the development of business plans and valuation.

- Business modeling and RE valuations to support investment decisions, oversee external providers' activities.

- Support the senior team by providing market analysis and preparing teasers and investment memorandum.

- Possibility to perform asset inspections/site visits.

- Cadastral and town planning analysis will be part of the activities.

Technical skills - Computing skills with, high capabilities in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Office applications.

- Experience with Sister AdE Platform will be a plus, as well as Visual Basic knowledge & CAD.

- Strong analytical, numerical and financial management skills combined with the ability to analyze reports and present them to senior colleagues.

Personal skills - From 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in the RE valuation.

- Previous experience in Valuation/Advisory in independent advisory roles will be positively considered.

- Fluent both in Italian and English, any other European language will be a plus.

- Bachelor of Science/Business Administration in Finance, Engineering or Architecture (with a focus on Real Estate).

- Problem-solving, planning, ability to work under pressure, organizing and analytical skills with the ability to guide and coach others in the resolution of complex problems.

A teamwork attitude is required.

- Very good communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal and external clients at all levels.
