You will serve as a REAL PROPERTY OFFICER in the PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTORATE, DATA HUB & SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT DIVISION , Naval Facilities Engineering Command Europe, Africa Central (NAVFAC EURAFCENT) Headquarters located in Capodichino, Naples, Italy. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Advising an organization on real property inventory and management related to shore facilities planning, real estate, environmental, and financial management policies, instructions, regulations, and codes; Experience leading multi-disciplined teams that execute real property products and services; Working with others to develop policies for an organization's real property inventory.
