You will serve as a Realty Specialist in the Real Estate Directorate, Naval Facilities Engineering Command Europe and Southwest Asia.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

Leading project teams, monitoring technical progress, and meeting established milestones;

Interpreting laws, regulations, and policies to effect good business decisions and successful project execution;

Developing and maintaining project criteria, schedules, and budgets in conformance with project and customer requirements;

Preparing contractual documents to ensure that Congressional, environmental, and administrative constraints on project scope and cost are not exceeded or violated.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

Physical Demands

The work is primarily performed while sitting; however, it may require bending, walking, standing, and stooping for field inspections, investigations, or surveys.

Work Environment

Work is usually performed in an office setting, with occasional visits to construction sites. However, there may be occasional exposure to risks when the incumbent makes on-site inspections of properties, particularly undeveloped property, or property under construction, and may require special safety precautions while in the presence of construction operations and operating equipment. You may be required to use protective clothing or gear.
