**Posizione:**:We are looking for a Receptionist based in our Head Quarter located in Asolo, (TV).

The scope of this role is to receive visitors and process incoming calls, transmitting the company culture to those that come into contact with Alpinestars reception, including work colleagues in their day-to-day interactions, supporting them on daily necessities within the company.

**Role responsibilities and Activities

Represents Alpinestars first contact to callers and visitors, effectively answering the phone and handling queries of any sort or directing callers and visitors to the correct reference person;

Meets and greets visitors, maintaining a pleasant and welcoming but professional reception area;

Coordinates the use of meeting rooms and showrooms, being aware of all current room availability and of their general conditions.

- A keen attention to detail;

- English fluency both written and spoken.
