Receptionist

to support the smooth day-to-day operations. As the first point of contact, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service support to guests and internal staff.

This role blends reception duties and administrative tasks, and requires excellent communications skills as well a polished phone etiquette.

Duties/ResponsibilitiesGreet clients and guests with professionalismHandle incoming calls, informing callers and taking messagesServe as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and requestsLiaise with external service providers, contractors, and vendors. Set up meeting facilities and arrange for catering services. Manage stationery & office

supplies and restock essentialsTravel arrangements for internal staff

Required Skills/Abilities:Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support roleExceptional verbal and communication skillsA polished and professional demeanor suitable for a luxury business environmentExcellent organization and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levelsPro-active, resourceful, self-starterExcellent time management and the ability to work to deadline and prioritiesStrong organizational skills and a close attention to detailAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentFluent in Italian and EnglishExcellent knowledge of MS Office
