Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Relationship & Reception Associate to be the first point of contact for our guests.
This role is responsible for ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, managing reservations, and table planning and maintaining strong customer relationships to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Guest Experience
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow to optimize the dining experience.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries about reservations, menu options, and special requests.
- Handle guest concerns and provide solutions with a professional and customer-first approach.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular guests to encourage repeat visits.
- Collect and analyze guest feedback to enhance service quality and improve customer satisfaction.
- Assist in managing loyalty programs, special promotions, and VIP guest experiences.
- Support marketing efforts by promoting events, special offers, and membership programs to guests.
Administrative & Coordination Tasks
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservation logs.
- Coordinate with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service.
- Assist in managing online reviews and responding to guest feedback on various platforms.
- Support the management team with customer-related reports and insights.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or reception is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in reservation management systems and basic computer skills.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a passion for guest satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
