Joining the TUI Musement (TUIMM) Facility and Reception Team as a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the Head Office of TUIMM in Milan, Italy and you will provide administrative support across the organisation with professionalism and putting a smiling face always when dealing with clients, visitors and colleagues.

**ABOUT THE JOB

- Handle the flow of people through the business: welcoming and greeting visitors, directing and announcing them appropriately

- Answer and forward any incoming calls while providing information when needed by referring queries to the correct person or department

- Maintain communication system by following internal standards and procedures

- Maintaining company internal directories

- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access

- Perform other administration duties assigned by the manager; this could include communication distribution or assisting other departments that need help

- Be proactive in providing ideas on improving the reception processes

**ABOUT YOU

- Proven relevant experience is mandatory

- MS Office computer skills

- Customer-oriented personality

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Italian.

Any additional language is advantageous

- Ability to be flexible and multi-task, doing several things all at the same time if needed

- Ability to be calm, courteous, and professional regardless of guest/visitors' behavior

- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise

- A culturally intelligent individual who enjoys working in an international environment
