Joining the TUI Musement (TUIMM) Facility and Reception Team as a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the Head Office of TUIMM in Palma de Mallorca and you will provide administrative support across the organization with professionalism and putting a smiling face always when dealing with clients, visitors and colleagues.

Proven relevant experience is mandatory Intermediate MS Office computer skills Customer-oriented personality Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Italian.

Any additional language is advantageous Ability to be flexible and multi-task, doing several things all at the same time if needed Ability to be calm, courteous, and professional regardless of guest/visitors' behavior Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise A culturally intelligent individual who enjoys working in an international environment
