Receptionist Coordinator
Job summary
The purpose of the job is to coordinate reception activities, in order to guarantee an excellent service which is standards-compliant, following the Manager's instructions.
He / She will also support the Manager in Team training activities in order to motivate personnel with the purpose of rising students and teacher satisfaction and enhance business performances.
He / She will also coordinate the shift work scheduling in order to guarantee its correct functioning.
He / She will also:
- Guarantee the correct School opening and closure procedure;
- Assure the regular students flow entry and exit, monitoring the correct student's registration;
- Assure the regular entry and exit flow also for staff and guests;
- Support the School Director in organizing activities and travels with internal and external guests;
**Key purpose of the role
**Staff coordination and training** - He / She will coordinate the Team, assuring the correct planning of the shift work scheduling and the right performance of the activities - respecting operational procedures - monitoring also the correct solutions to possible inconveniences.
He / She will manage the staff training in order to guarantee a high-quality service, in line with business standard.
**School opening and closure** - He / She will assure the correct School opening and closure.
He / She will guarantee the correct entry and exit of staff, guests and students monitoring registrations procedures.
He / She will also support the entry and exit of external suppliers, in accordance with Facilities department.
**Information Activities** - He / She will guarantee a warm welcome to students in order to give them all the information needed and will also assure the correct sorting and sending of academic documents and materials.
He / She will monitor the correct students and teacher presence registration.
**Planning agenda and activities** - He / She will support other departments in managing appointments, events with internal and external guests and the booking of locations or other needed services (taxi, catering, etc).
**Education and Skills
- Previous experience in a customer-focused industry;
- Proficiency in English;
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills;
- Good computer skills;
- Able to manage and motivate a team;
- Multi-tasking person;
- Able to provide a quality service;
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
