We are currently looking for a Receptionist/Dresser for our next sales campaign who will manage all the front desk and back office activities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Manage calendars and schedule meetings when required

- Welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the front-office, being sure that all of the are identified and authorized to access

- Support the show-room team during the campaign

- Assist the team Sales team in data entry activities

WHO YOU ARE

- Previous experience in similar role is recommended

- Excellent organizational and relational skills

- Good knowledge of Gmail, Google Calendar, Excel

- Problem solving, team working and fast-learner

- Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English

- Flexibility and full-time availability (including weekends) during the sales campaign starting from mid-may
