_The _**Front Office Agent role**_ _is the point of reference for welcoming customers and providing them with all-round support during their stay. _- **In performing his/her role, the FOA is responsible for**:_- Welcomes and registers all customers, paying close attention to their requests and respecting the procedures of the Leading standards. _- Ensures that all customer information is present in the computer system. _- Always displays a courteous, professional and warm attitude towards customers, _- is responsible for the management of the cash fund and performs continuous checks on it. _- Has a comprehensive knowledge of the rooms, the various services offered to customers, rates and dates of availability. _- He/she is familiar with all current promotions, customer loyalty programmes, the hours of the various outlets, hotel events, etc. _- Diploma/Degree/Master's degree in Hospitality (or equivalent);_- Excellent knowledge of ENGLISH, both written and spoken (knowledge of additional languages is a plus);_- Previous work experience in the Luxury Hospitality, Hotel, Spa or Tourism sector, _- Kind and courteous, organised, Sensitivity in listening to customers and anticipating their needs. Confidentiality and security of customer information;_- Client Oriented! fundamental skill for this role. . . _- Problem Solving, Ability to work in a team_- Knowledge of the main management software, preferably knowledge of EricSoft (Zucchetti)_- Residence/domicile in the province of Siena, with knowledge of Tuscan and Sienese points of interest in order to best advise guests, is an asset. _- **Location and type of work**:_- The activity is intended to be in presence. _- Type of contract: Fixed-term, possibility of evolving to permanent, full-time. _**Job Types**: Full-time, TemporaryContract length: 9 months
