Main Responsibilities:

Constant interface with the Managing Director and Executive Vice PresidentWelcoming clients and managementSupport in planning meetings and eventsManaging appointments, calls, and their distributionAssistance in organizing travelSupport in management activities (supplier orders, office material procurement, etc.

)Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma / Bachelor's degreeKnowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Fluent knowledge of EnglishPrevious experience in the role (1-3 years)Soft Skills:
